Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts (Monday: 8am start, Tuesday: 7am start, Wednesday: 7:30am start, Friday: 6:30am start)
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with experience in MS Oncology
- Chemo certification required
- Oncology certification not required
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced cancer center environment
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage oncology patients receiving chemotherapy and various treatments
- Administer chemotherapy and manage infusions with strict adherence to protocols
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and side effects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on complex cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their care plans
