Registered Nurse - Oncology in Madera, CA

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in Med-Surg and Oncology nursing settings
• Proficiency in oncology medication administration, patient monitoring, and documentation
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS certification required; OCN certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for oncology patients in a med-surg setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies according to established protocols
• Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures throughout all phases of patient care

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
