Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Choice of 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts
- Days or nights available
- No on-call requirements
- Weekends and holidays may be required
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- ACLS certification required
- Must hold a state license or an active compact nursing license
- At least 2 years of MS Oncology RN experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate care to patients on the Medical-Surgical Oncology unit
- Administer chemotherapy and closely monitor patient responses
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans
- Support patients and their families through challenging treatments
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times
