Seeking a highly skilled RN with a background in MS Oncology and Oncology nursing to oversee and support clinical operations and patient care in a hospital environment. - 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid RN license in NM or compact state
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- Demonstrated experience in MS Oncology/Oncology nursing
- Proven leadership in facilitating communication, staff management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 accountability for the effective delivery of nursing practice and operations within assigned units
- Establish and monitor yearly unit goals; identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Advocate for patient and family rights while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care
- Lead and participate in policy development, process improvement, and staff evaluation
- Oversee HR-related duties such as recruitment, hiring, orientation, and ongoing competency assessments
- Facilitate education for both patients and staff, fostering professional growth and compliance with best practices
- Manage staffing schedules and resource utilization efficiently
- Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and maintain optimal patient care standards
- Support preparation and effective response for emergencies and disaster plans

$60,500 - $64,000/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
