Advance your nursing career supporting oncology patients with this rewarding contract opportunity. We're seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in MS Oncology and chemotherapy to provide exceptional care in a busy healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Five 8-hour shifts per week (5x8’s)
  • 40 hours guaranteed
  • 13-week contract duration
  • Start date: July 27 or August 3

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license from Arizona or compact state
  • Previous experience administering chemotherapy; Chemo certification not required
  • Clinical background in MS Oncology strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement oncology nursing care for assigned patients
  • Safely administer chemotherapy treatments while monitoring patient responses
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care techniques
  • Maintain thorough, accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and intervene as appropriate
  • Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times
