Qualifications Needed:

• Active RN licensure (state or compact)
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in OB, Mother Baby, or Postpartum units
• BLS certification (required); NRP certification (preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Experience in both routine and higher-acuity postpartum care preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns postpartum
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and support childbirth recovery
• Educate new families on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum wellness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
