Registered Nurse (RN) - Arlington, Texas

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, standards, and protocols for Med Surg units
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Med Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, care provided, and progress
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and ethical nursing practices

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
