Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care aligned with specialty protocols and best practices
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform ongoing assessments
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system
