Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) | Irving, Texas

• Per Diem; shifts based on facility needs

Essential Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Texas
• Experience in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Telemetry
• Demonstrated proficiency in nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Ability to maintain clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience supervising and directing patient care personnel
• Background in acute and post-acute care settings
• Familiarity with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care using the Nursing Process
• Assess patient needs, anticipate complications, and plan for optimal outcomes
• Delegate patient care tasks effectively based on team expertise and experience
• Provide leadership in the clinical environment, ensuring compliance with all protocols
• Maintain records, document interventions, and support physician coordination
• Supervise and mentor assigned personnel, guiding safe care delivery

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
