  • CPR/BLS certification required; advanced certifications a plus

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise bedside care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards
  • Guide and mentor clinical staff, providing direction and feedback as needed
  • Serve as a resource to nursing staff for complex cases or escalated patient needs
  • Coordinate assignments, delegate responsibilities, and manage shift coverage
  • Participate in performance evaluations and support ongoing staff education
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with infection control and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care delivery

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
