Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
  • Strong clinical background in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor team members, communicate effectively, and delegate responsibilities appropriately
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and standard nursing documentation
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, adhering to best clinical practices
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, offering guidance and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in staff scheduling, training, and resource management
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
