Registered Nurse (RN) | Rincon, Georgia

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical issues
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information and nursing actions promptly and accurately
• Educate patients and families, providing clear and compassionate explanations about conditions and treatments
• Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
