Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in emergency room or acute care settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Excellent assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a variety of conditions in the Emergency Room
• Assess, monitor, and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation according to facility standards
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during times of crisis
• Uphold all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
