Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license and/or Certified Surgical Technologist credentials (NBSTSA or equivalent)
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of recent relevant experience in either surgical technology or perioperative nursing
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating room protocols, sterile field maintenance, and perioperative patient care
- Strong communication, adaptability, and team collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and OR staff during operative procedures, ensuring adherence to all sterile techniques
- Manage instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary for surgical cases
