What You’ll Need:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and pediatric care skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Compassion and adaptability when working with children and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic health conditions
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ health status and responses to interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; ensure accurate dosage and documentation
• Support physicians and interdisciplinary teams in implementing individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and home care instructions
• Respond promptly to emergencies and utilize appropriate interventions
• Maintain a safe, comforting environment for pediatric patients
