Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license with a focus or background in Pediatrics
• Recent experience working in a pediatric clinical environment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in pediatric-specific protocols and medication administration
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, monitoring condition and responding to changing needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed while ensuring safety and accuracy
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education and emotional support
• Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for young patients
