Position Overview:
Support the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) within a progressive psychiatric setting. You’ll work in an environment that values flexibility, independence, and sound clinical judgment, reporting directly to the Nurse Manager. With a business casual dress code and free onsite parking, your daily routine is designed for comfort and ease.

Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Rotating schedule based on need (primarily 7a–7p)
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call standby: Approximately 24 hours monthly (to be discussed if interested)

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Pennsylvania)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Required PA certifications: Act 31, 33, 34, and 73
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (psychiatric/mental health experience preferred)
• BSN strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record is an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments for CRU admissions
• Safely administer medications and complete med orders
• Maintain the safety and wellbeing of both patients and staff
• Foster positive, therapeutic interactions with patients
• Adapt to rapidly changing situations with clinical acumen and autonomy
