Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least one year of clinical experience as a Psychiatric RN
• Solid understanding of behavioral health diagnoses and appropriate nursing interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Current BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with psychiatric or emotional disorders
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and coping strategies
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation and therapeutic techniques

$1,806 - $1,904/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
