Psychiatric Registered Nurse | West Chester, Ohio

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing required
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and therapeutic communication
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric patients, including medication administration, assessment, and monitoring of mental and physical status
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute episodes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and family members in patient care planning
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with best practices in behavioral health
• Conduct patient education as needed for individuals and families

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
