Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (Ohio or compact state)
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a Rehab or LTC setting
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC preferred)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities and adaptability to changing environments

Schedule/Hours:
