Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) in Canonsburg, PA

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Demonstrated experience in a rehab or long-term care setting.
• Proven background in medical-surgical nursing.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and prioritize effectively.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in both rehab/LTC and med-surg units.
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies in accordance with care plans.
• Oversee daily activities and recovery plans for patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, care procedures, and discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all facility policies and safety standards.

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
