Qualifications:

- Knowledge of regulations, safety practices, and medication administration protocols
Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans for residents
- Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care to those requiring rehabilitative and long-term support
- Monitor changes in patient conditions and report findings promptly to providers
- Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other team members
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for quality and safety

$2,588 - $2,815/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
