Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation - Castorland, New York

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Experience in rehab and/or long-term care settings
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and care plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health condition and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support rehabilitation programs and encourage patient participation
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members to coordinate care
• Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

$2,588 - $2,815/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
