Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care within a rehab/long-term care setting

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
- Support patients and their families through education and psychosocial care
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold regulatory compliance and facility policies

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in rehab, long-term care, or a related field is strongly preferred
