Qualifications:
- Active RN license and in good standing
- Prior professional experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is strongly preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established rehabilitation and long-term care protocols
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document patient status and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects and response
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medication administration, and rehabilitation therapies
- Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for all patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
