Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a Rehab or Long-Term Care setting
• Current BLS certification; additional credentials a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Adept at interdisciplinary collaboration and adapting to new environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with a variety of rehabilitation and chronic health needs
