Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation, (RN) - Hartford, CT

Schedule / Hours:

• 3 Day shifts
• 1 Evening shift
• 1 Night shift
• Option for 8H or 12H shifts—please indicate your preference

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• 1-2 years of experience in Rehab/LTC or LTAC settings (required)
• Prior travel experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable with higher nurse-to-patient ratios (D/E 1:7–1:9, N 1:9–1:12)
• Experience caring for respiratory/vented patients strongly preferred
• Ability to care for a medically complex population with cardiac monitoring
• Flexibility for shift length and scheduling

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult rehab and LTAC patients
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (RTs manage ventilators)
• Monitor and assess patients with complex cardiac and respiratory needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility protocols
• Adapt to evolving patient care demands in a growing department

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
