What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to rehab and long-term care patients, following best practices and facility protocols
• Collaborate closely with interprofessional teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, while fostering a positive, healing environment
• Complete thorough assessments, create individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, recovery processes, and health maintenance
• Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations to ensure safety and quality standards

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• At least one year of experience in rehab or long-term care nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments and learning opportunities
