Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license
  • Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of nursing best practices, patient care plans, and medication administration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard clinical documentation

Schedule:

  • Full-time hours; specific shifts to be discussed during the interview process
  • Flexibility to accommodate facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring
  • Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and allied health professionals
  • Advocate for residents' well-being, dignity, and quality of life
  • Record accurate and timely documentation of care, assessments, and outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants
  • Encourage a safe, respectful environment that fosters wellness and inclusion
  • Communicate regularly with family members and address concerns or changes in condition

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
