Travel Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation | New Britain, Connecticut

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license, with 1-2 years of recent Rehab/LTC or Long Term Acute Care experience required
• Prior travel experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable with higher patient ratios and a vented population
• Strongly preferred: experience caring for patients requiring respiratory support; note that respiratory therapists manage the ventilators
• Must be adaptable to dynamic environments and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients in the MRU and SDU with varying acuity
• Cooperate with respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor cardiac and respiratory status, reporting changes as needed
• Support a positive patient and family experience within a fast-paced setting

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
