Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents and patients within the rehabilitation and long-term care unit
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
