Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Previous experience in rehab or long-term care nursing strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Solid understanding of rehabilitation nursing protocols and resident-centered care
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Team-oriented approach with commitment to patient advocacy and support

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other support staff
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing health needs and rehabilitation strategies
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
