Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan (or compact eligible).

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission for personalized care planning.
• Develop and implement educational goals for patients and families.
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation, care conferences, and timely documentation.
• Communicate updates and changes to providers and team members for optimal care continuity.
• Delegate and supervise nursing staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Engage in discharge planning from admission and initiate ongoing teaching.
• Uphold standards of personal professionalism, appearance, and conduct in accordance with facility policies.
