Qualifications / Experience Sought

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Able to adapt to new environments with ease

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional inpatient care for patients requiring close monitoring post-acute events
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and interpret cardiac and vital sign data, responding to evolving patient needs
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and relevant nursing interventions per protocols
• Document patient responses and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
