Position Requirements:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of one year of Stepdown nursing experience required
• Experience in Telemetry strongly preferred
• BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Willingness to adapt to new workflows and electronic record systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in Stepdown and Telemetry units
• Conduct frequent assessments and effectively monitor telemetry readings
• Administer medications, interpret cardiac rhythms, and inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and deliver care plans
• Educate patients and families on care strategies and post-hospital recovery
