Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient advocacy skills
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with variable shift options

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with acute and chronic conditions in a stepdown/PCU environment
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed
