Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent nursing experience in Stepdown, Cardiac Stepdown, or Telemetry units
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability within dynamic team settings
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be preferred)

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret EKGs, and respond to changes in patient status
