As a travel RN in the Stepdown and Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you'll encounter a variety of patients, technological advances, and collaborative teams. This role lets you broaden your clinical expertise, working with diverse healthcare professionals who each bring their own approach to patient-centered care. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (NC or compact)
• Minimum of 1–2 years recent Stepdown or PCU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Epic, Cerner, or similar EMR proficiency preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support patients requiring intermediate levels of care
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and implement care plans
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and their families on care strategies
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Document timely and accurately per facility standards

$1,960 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
