Your Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptability to new units and electronic medical record systems
• Passion for high-quality patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Delivering skilled nursing interventions to acutely ill patients transitioning from critical to general care
• Monitoring and interpreting medical data & vital signs, titrating medication under supervision as needed
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families on discharge plans and ongoing needs
• Ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to safety protocols
