Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor patients with complex or changing conditions requiring intermediate care
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and provide short-term interventions for acute patient needs
• Document all care provided in accordance with facility protocols
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and ongoing wellness plans
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
