Essential Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Proficiency in high-acuity monitoring and rapid response intervention
• Strong communication and adaptability in a collaborative team environment
