Schedule:

• Orientation sessions available bi-weekly throughout the year (multiple dates from January to December)
• Flexibility to float between campuses as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in stepdown or progressive care
• Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to float within the discipline locally

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to stepdown patients in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals as part of the interdisciplinary care team
• Effectively document patient assessments and care plans using EPIC
• Support patients and their families through education and advocacy
• Flex between local campuses when needed
