Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license, with experience in stepdown or progressive care.
• Ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR systems (or willing to learn).
• Strong communicator who contributes actively to interdisciplinary patient management.
• Willingness to participate in a variety of orientation dates for seamless onboarding.

Schedule/Hours:

• 36-48 hrs/week, overtime awarded after meeting weekly threshold.
• Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available for additional experience.
