Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Travel nursing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in Stepdown and PCU settings
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, collaborating with physicians and care teams
• Manage IVs, cardiac telemetry, and medication administration
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
