Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care/PCU settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different documentation systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to initiate and modify patient care plans
