Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• BLS certification (additional certifications, such as ACLS, may be preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults in Stepdown and PCU units
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and update care plans as required
• Respond rapidly to patient changes and support their transition between levels of care
• Accurately document all nursing interventions and patient responses
• Communicate proactively with physicians, patients, and families
