Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in stepdown and/or telemetry settings
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, rhythm recognition, and responding to acute patient changes
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Previous travel assignment experience is a plus

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding swiftly to changes in patient status
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and track patient responses
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery processes
• Uphold high standards of patient safety and infection control
