Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in Cardiac Stepdown and Telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, identify arrhythmias, and respond to acute changes in patient status
- Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
- Implement evidence-based protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license (compact licensure accepted)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Stepdown, Cardiac Stepdown, or Telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
