Required Skills & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year recent experience working in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certification (preferred or required by start date)
• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to medically complex patients
• Monitor and document patient conditions, noting any changes or complications
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other team members to achieve optimal outcomes

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
