Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Stepdown, Cardiac Stepdown, or Telemetry
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and care teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Stepdown, Cardiac Stepdown, and Telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient conditions

• Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and post-hospital care
