Schedule/Hours:

• Travel-based assignment

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on progressive care and stepdown units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with keen clinical acumen
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care protocols and post-discharge requirements
• Uphold hospital policies and contribute to a supportive, ethical care environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care/PCU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Effective communication, critical thinking, and adaptability
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with diverse patient populations
